- Custom-made wooden plinth (81 cm x 20 cm)
- Support rod (2 pieces, with screws. 81 cm long, 1 cm diameter)

- Pulley axle
- Single pulley (7 pieces, 5 cm diameter, with hooks on both sides)
- Pulley triple series (2 pieces, 3-4-5cm diameters)
- Pulley quadruple parallel (2 pieces, 5cm diameter)
- Slotted weight set (12 pieces: 2×10g, 2×20g, 3×50g, 5×100g)
- Weight hanger
- Weight with hook (6 pieces: 1 x 10g, 1 x 20g, 4 x 50g)
- Thick nylon rope (wrapped on a spool)
- Rope (Butterfly wrap)
- Hook (4 pieces, for attaching to the rope)
Assembling:
- Screw the screw support rods into place on the wooden base.
- Place the other support bar parallel to the wooden base and screw black screws into both threads protruding from the bar.
Note: Before screwing the upper support rod into place, attach the material such as the hook etc. that you want to hang to the rod.
