Description
- Import of ECE
- Compatible with the curriculum
- It is a visual training material designed to be used to explain the structure and working principle of the hydraulic press device.
- The product has a metal body
- Hydraulic oil is included in the set
- Structure and Principle: The instrument consists of a small cylinder, a large cylinder and a pressure gauge, which are all fixed on the base, and then connected to each other by conduits, and the fuel tank is fixed in the base.
- Application: Explain the structure and principle of hydraulic press in physics experimentations.
- Small Cylinder Block: The small cylinder block is composed of an upper seat, a cylinder liner (transparent plastic), a lower seat and a rubber sealing ring, etc. The entire oil cylinder is fixed with three tie rods. There is a piston in the cylinder body, a handle is installed in the upper groove of the piston, and the handle drives the piston to move up and down. There is an oil inlet pipe in the lower part of the cylinder block which is connected with the base oil tank.
- Large Cylinder Block: The large cylinder block consists of an upper seat, a cylinder liner (transparent plastic), a lower seat and a rubber sealing ring, etc., and is fixed by four tie rods. Inside the cylinder is a piston whose top expands into a platform. There is an O-shaped rubber sealing ring on the inner wall of the upper seat of the large cylinder, which makes the piston and the cylinder body seal without leakage. There is a bleed screw on the outer wall, which is used to release the air
- Specifications: Base length 250* Width 135* Total height 285mm Material: Metal Weight: About 3.5kg
Targeted Gains:
- Expresses the perpendicular force acting on a unit surface as pressure.
- Explains the relationship between pressure, force and surface area with examples.
- Refers to the factors on which the pressure of liquids and gases depends.
- Realizes that the force causing pressure may arise from various factors.
- Discovered that liquids and gases transmit pressure to the same magnitude in all directions.
- Researches the uses of pressure transmitting properties of liquids and gases in technology.
- Explains the importance of pressure in daily life and gives examples of its applications in technology.
- Explains the concept of pressure in solids and stagnant liquids and analyzes the variables affecting pressure.
- Explores the relationship between flow velocity and fluid pressure in fluids.
- Based on energy transformations, concludes that energy is conserved
- Based on energy transformations, concludes that energy is conserved.
- Explains energy conservation and energy transfer and deduces that energy can be transformed from one type to another.
